Prior to that call the Cervone's had an established reputation as on-site sales professionals, marketing predominantly town home developments in Houston. At the time there was a significant lack of experience for condominium development representation locally. Most developers brought in on-site experts from other cities and states around the U.S. These efforts proved disastrous as real estate sales is the art of marrying the development to the market. The Cervone's are experts on the Houston market. Camelot immediately signed exclusive brokerage agreements with The Mark and Mercer condominiums, and has experienced tremendous growth ever since. Today, Camelot is Houston's leading on-site' real estate sales and marketing firm.
