Thomas Cervone attained his first real estate license in Michigan during his sophomore year of college. In 1981, he came to Houston to begin his real estate career in the "on-site" sector of condominiums sales. Soon he mastered the art of selling condominium units to investors and owner occupants alike. Even now, he remains on the front lines in order to remain personally involved with developers' projects and assets. His Dale Carnegie training and 26 years of selling has enabled him to become an excellent trainer and motivator of his sales teams. He's an active investor and travels frequently to consult investor groups on bulk sales and remnant purchases. Thomas is the Broker/Owner of Camelot Realty Group, a "marketing" arm for on-site developers specializing in condominium communities and town home developments, and he's Managing Partner and Broker of CondoLiquidators.com. Thomas consistently ranks "tops in the industry" for sales volume, total number of sales, and closing ratios.

Renee' Bornn rejoined the Camelot Realty team in July 2008 on The Mosaic on Hermann Park twin tower project. She manages Community Management Systems (CMS) and coordinates all contracts and closings. She works closely with the Broker of Camelot and assists him in overseeing the day-to day operations for all projects.

Renee' has 7 years of experience in contracts and 4.5 years in luxury condominium projects. She was part of the successful Camelot Realty team at The Royalton at River Oaks, and was able to see the $125-million project from start to finish. This team broke high-rise condominium sales records in Houston, which laid the groundwork for many more projects to come to fruition. In addition, she was a part of the Endeavour High-rise project in Clear Lake, Texas. She has come together with Camelot Realty Group this year and is excited to continue to grow with the company.

Ashley Peterson is a native Houstonian, which explains her love for the city and why she chose to attend the University of Houston. As an on-site sales specialist, Ashley has excelled in representing buyers, sellers, and investors located throughout the United States. She's well versed in pre-construction sales and in educating investors on how to cash-flow properties. In the past 6 years, she's worked with some of the largest multifamily developers in the industry: Group LSR (Montreal Canada), Phillips Development and Realty (Tampa, Florida), Stature Construction (Houston, Texas), Clarion Development (Ft. Lauderdale, Florida), David Weekly Homes (Houston, Texas), and Hallier Properties (Las Vegas, Nevada). Ashley's resume boasts "millions in land sales." Developers and builders rely on her knowledge and counsel when contemplating acquisitions.
