Tom is the Broker/Owner and Sales Director of Camelot Realty, a boutique family-owned real estate firm. With over 30 years experience in the real estate market, he maintains an active role in buying, selling and investing for his clients.
His expertises are in REO/Short Sales, on-site sales and marketing, condominium and townhome living, custom homes, investor assistance, builder/developer marketing and sales, market analyses, and land acquisition.
Tom has a keen eye for timing and anticipating the market and has helped clients, both commercial and residential, make the most opportune buys, sales and investments. His achievements and assets to the market as a broker are consistently recognized by the industry; he has been awarded several times as one of Houston’s “Top Producers” in the real estate market.
Tom offers his personal touch and unique expertise to every client, from first time home buyers to commercial developers. It was my pleasure to work with Tom Cervone and his associate, Jim Gray. Jim introduced me to Tom and the Camelot Realty group who eventually represented both me, the buyer, and the seller. The undertaking went smoothly for the most part largely due to the expertise and patience of the entire staff.
